This Week: 3/1 through 3/7

By admin in Weekly Preview

Monday in General Art Advice – Starting off the week, Carrie Lewis will be sharing 5 very good suggestions for new and emerging artists. If you have a few free minutes tomorrow, make sure to drop by for that.

Tuesday in Featured Artists – Don’t miss Dan Angeli’s fractured, abstract paintings of shipwrecks and storms, which could definitely be some of the most vibrant and eye-catching works we’ve ever featured on EE. As always, if you’d like your own artwork to be featured, send it in! You could be the next artist we showcase!

Wednesday in Art Marketing Tips – Guest author Dragos Baicoianu will be writing about four simple strategies that every artist can use to sell more art. If you’re looking for some big-picture ideas that will help focus and improve your marketing efforts, this is the article for you.

On Thursday there will be no new article published, since I’ll be taking the day off to work on some exciting changes over at EmptyEasel’s sister site, Foliotwist.com. I’ll let you know what those changes are as soon as I can—probably later this month, actually—but for now it’s still under wraps! :)

Plus. . .

Keep your eyes peeled for Artwork Reveal Issue #1, coming out this Wednesday!

If you haven’t been keeping up with the new art discovery newsletter that we’ll be launching later this week (with the help of quite a few talented artists) make sure to read our first announcement here, and then head on over and sign up!
