Monday in General Art Advice – Tomorrow, Niki Hilsabeck will share several ways that you can boost your creativity through yoga. If you feel the need to clear some space in your head and get back into the flow of art, don’t miss this article!
Tuesday in Drawing Tips – EE’s colored pencil expert Carrie Lewis will present a walk-through of one of her most recent drawings, a shaggy spaniel. It’s a great animal study, with lots of photos to illustrate her process, and I highly recommend it.
Wednesday in Featured Artists – Come by at the end of this short week to see three of Tia Harper’s whimsical equestrian oil paintings. And as always, if you’d like your own work to be featured on EmptyEasel, send it in!
This Thursday is July 4th (Independence Day here in the US) so we’ll be taking a long weekend off to celebrate. That means no new article on Friday either, but we’ll be back to our normal schedule next week!
Last week’s articles on EmptyEasel:
How to Create an Illustration Tear Sheet
How to Create a Quality YouTube Video that Effectively Markets Your Art
EM “Ema” Beck: Nostalgic, Whimsical Photographs
How to Start Designing T-shirt Art
