Monday in Announcements – We’ve been working on something NEW here at EmptyEasel, which we hope will be rather groundbreaking when it comes to buying art supplies online (and saving money while you’re at it).
If you’re at all curious, or, even better, if you’re willing to be a part of our beta-testers and feedback group, make sure and show up tomorrow to learn more!
Tuesday in Painting Tutorials – Adriana Guidi will be sharing a nicely detailed walk-through of one of her latest paintings, a street corner restaurant scene which she created in acrylics and water-soluble oils. For those of you who love painting urban landscapes, this is the article for you.
Wednesday in Featured Artists – Drop in for a series of bright, sunlit paintings by Christine Cortese, a California artist who makes the most of her state’s gorgeous coastline and scenery. As always, if you’d like your own artwork to be featured on EE, send it in! We feature a new artist each week, and you could be next!
Thursday in Color Theory – Watercolor expert Michelle Morris will discuss the importance of color wheels and color charts in painting, and share several examples for how you can make your own.
Plus, look for a bonus article/giveaway this Saturday! We’re still finalizing the details with a sponsor, but (fingers crossed) there’ll be a little something extra on EmptyEasel.com at the end of the week. See you then!
