Well, it’s Christmas Eve today and the beginning of a semi-vacation for me, so even if the articles are a little light this week they’ll still be here. If you’ve got time after all the presents, food, and family; feel free to drop by.
Monday – Christmas Day I won’t be posting an article, but I may put something else up to celebrate.
Tuesday – Did you have a white Christmas this year? For those of us in the northern hemisphere, we either get more snow than we want, or want more snow than we get. This week I’ll be reviewing a landscape painter and feature some artwork of snow-covered scenes. Check back on Tuesday for that.
Wednesday – As an artist, I usually get presents for Christmas that help me create art. If that holds true this year, I’ll share some of what I received and let you know how I plan to use it. If I don’t, well. . . I guess I’ll have to come up with something else.
Thursday – I’ll be posting some links to a few interesting art sites I’ve found online and talking a little bit about what they’re all about. I’m also looking for more internet art contests like the one I mentioned last week, so hopefully I’ll find a few of those to mention too.
Friday – My tutorial this week will be on how to make your own canvases to paint on. I’ll post pictures of the process I use, and let you know step-by-step how to create professional-quality stretched canvases that are quite a bit cheaper to make than any you could buy at an art store.
Saturday – It’s back to the drawing board, with a new Bachelor of Arts comic strip. Step on in and check it out.
