
Politics aren’t really my thing (I’ll let you guess whether I’m Republican, Democrat or Other), but since I did promise a political cartoon this week, here it is.
And whether you believe in the Iraq “war” or not, it’s certainly important to support the soldiers who are in Iraq right now.
What’s sad is that partisan politics control whether or not our soldiers have the funding they need to do their job. Politics shouldn’t have anything to do with it.
Sorry if this one’s kind of a downer. . . I think next week I’ll try to have a more upbeat, humorous cartoon—today’s isn’t really meant to be funny.
But I suppose that’s just the price cartoonists pay for making their cartoons political.
