Happy New Year’s Eve, everyone! Today we’re taking a second look at the intricate pen & ink artwork of Melissa B. Tubbs!

Although best-known for her finely-crafted architectural drawings, some of the diverse pieces available in Melissa’s Etsy shop include her beautifully illustrated alphabet cards. Anywhere else, “Apple” may get a lot of credit, but “A” is also for Acorn, and “F” is for Feather, as seen below:

Of course, if you’ve been reading EmptyEasel since 2007, you may remember those architectural drawings of Melissa’s that we featured once before—but if not, definitely take a look. They’re just as great today as they were back then.

After that, make sure to bookmark her website, follow her on Facebook, Twitter, or Pinterest (where she has some freebies you can pick up) and don’t miss any of those great deals in her Etsy shop. It’s all worth checking out!

Have a safe and fun New Year’s Eve, and we’ll see you back here tomorrow (in 2015!) with another Holiday Update.
