VIDEO: How to Paint Watercolors with a Mouth Atomizer

In today’s video, Mark Mehaffey demonstrates a unique method of painting by using a mouth atomizer to spray small amounts of watercolor onto his paper.

As you’ll see below, he’s carefully put down layers of masking over areas which he wants to remain light. After using the mouth atomizer, he then pulls up the masking, leaving untouched, white paper for the next covering of paint. Take a look:
