This Week: 12/8 through 12/14

By admin in Weekly Preview

Monday in Art Marketing Tips – Group art exhibits are a great way to bring local artists and art lovers from your community together. Tomorrow, Steff Metal will list 10 excellent group themes that are sure to get your creative juices flowing – and perhaps even start you thinking about 2014. :)

Tuesday in Painting Tutorials – Niki Hilsabeck will share a walk-through of her latest pastel piece, an impressionistic study of reflective water surfaces and floating lilies, inspired of course by Monet.

Wednesday in Featured Artists – Come by mid-week to view some elegant and superbly-detailed paintings by Jeni Hodgson Craig. As always, if you’d like to see your own artwork featured on EE, make sure to send it in as well!

Thursday in Painting Tutorials – Michelle Morris will finish up her preliminary series of articles on the necessary watercolor tools this Thursday. The last few items include water containers, various holders, cleaning supplies, and other important odds and ends that ever watercolor painter will need.

AND, with 2014 just ahead. . .
