Contest at ArtistHideout.com

By admin in Misc > Art Contests

Today’s post is a little different than normal. Instead of posting my article here, I’ve entered it in a contest over at William Lehman’s blog, ArtistHideout.com.

EDIT: This contest is over and William has moved to deCloned.com.

William usually posts general art thoughts, interesting videos, or his own art experiments, but for the month of August he’s also holding a contest and inviting readers to write in. (With a prize for the winner, no less.)

The contest theme is “What Art Means to Me” and you can read my entry here.

Feel free to leave a comment if you’d like to agree, disagree, or add something to what I said. I know I don’t look at art—especially my own art—the same way as everyone else, so I’d like to know what you think.

While you’re there, check out the rules to enter William’s contest yourself. You’ll see that each comment is a “vote” for the person who wrote the article, so I guess if you plan on entering the contest you might not want to comment on my entry after all. : )
